• - Small fits a chest size 34-36" or 86cm-94cm
• - Medium fits a chest size 38-40" or 96-101cm
• - Large fits a chest size 42-44" or 107-112cm
• - XL fits a chest size 46-48" or 117-122cm
• - XXL fits a chest size 50-52" or 127-132cm 

In the pictures Ally (size 14US/16UK, chest size 40") is wearing a size small with no ease-- meaning it's body-con tight. Mike (chest size 38) is wearing a medium with some ease. These shirts do shrink a tiny bit so size up if in doubt.
